My goal as a photographer is to capture the personality of my subjects, whether they're dogs or people. I want your photos to reflect who your dog really is, doing what your dog enjoys doing the most - it may be chasing the ducks at Laurelhurst Park, catching a frisbee or lounging on the couch in your living room.
My approach to photographing your dog is no different than any other portrait session. No two dogs are the same so I don't bring any preconceived ideas with me. Some sessions have lots of action and activity while others are really laid back. Also, just because your dog is the star doesn't mean you don't get to have some fun too - you'll be interacting, playing and being silly along with me. Your dog will love it, and a happy dog means great photos!
On Location: $150
My most popular, and most fun, session. The location is up to you, so if you have a favorite park or other outdoor spot we'll shoot there. If your dog is uncomfortable in public then I'm more than happy to make a housecall instead. Sessions typically run about an hour. Within 48 hours all your finished images will be uploaded to your own online gallery and web sized versions of all your finished images - perfect for Facebook and Dogster - are included.
A Year in the Life: $250
While this package is designed for puppies it's equally awesome for any dog. We'll do three photo sessions that document your first year together - the first one shortly after your bring your puppy home, again at around six months, and the final session at one year. An online gallery and web sized versions of your finished images are included.
On Location Part Deux: $350
This is the bigger, fancier version of my standard session and includes two locations of your choice. In addition to an online gallery you'll receive a custom designed, hardcover photo book of your dog's session and high resolution copies of all your finished images.
